Professional with more than 25 years of experience leading industrial companies in sectors such as engineering, automotive and capital goods manufacturing. He began his career in Thyssen Ingeniería y Sistemas, and developed a solid career in ThyssenKrupp, where he assumed progressively greater responsibilities until he became General Manager of several subsidiaries in Asturias and Madrid, managing complex operations in highly demanding technical and organizational environments.

In 2018, he joined Aptiv Group (ex Delphi), a global benchmark in the automotive sector, as General Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, leading innovation and industrial efficiency initiatives on an international scale.

Industrial Engineer by the University of Oviedo, he holds an Executive MBA by the ESMT of Berlin and additional training in reference schools such as IMD (Switzerland) and the School of Industrial Organization (EOI) providing strategic and operational vision oriented to the creation of sustainable value, with a combination of managerial experience, technical knowledge and sensitivity towards talent development.
